The Gaza City building we worked from was destroyed – our commitment stands strong
It is with deep sadness that we share the news that the office space our team uses in Gaza City was destroyed today in an airstrike. Thankfully, no members of our team were harmed, and most of our essential equipment had already been relocated to workspaces in southern Gaza, where operations continue as normal.
The loss of our Gaza City workspace is a painful reminder of the scale of destruction that continues to devastate Gaza. Entire neighbourhoods have been reduced to rubble, schools and hospitals lie damaged or abandoned, and hundreds of thousands of families remain displaced. For over a million people, the loss of homes, workplaces, and community spaces has become part of daily life. The destruction of our shared facilities, though difficult, is only a small glimpse of what Gazan families endure every single day.
Despite this setback, our field teams remain active across Gaza. Distributions of food parcels, hot meals, milk and nappies, and medical supplies continue, reaching displaced families in shelters and makeshift camps. With your generous support, we remain committed to our mission of providing relief and hope to Gaza’s most vulnerable communities.
Continue supporting IF Charity’s emergency response and children’s education campaign so that we can deliver aid where it is needed most. Your donations are a lifeline in these dark times.
